Fees?
The cost is £60.00 per session. A session lasts for 60 minutes. I offer a FREE 30 minute initial meeting. This enables us to meet and assess whether we are both happy to continue.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
I offer short or long term counselling. How long you continue in counselling is ultimately your decision. I offer you regular reviews on how you think you are getting on and plan with you to continue or end your counselling accordingly.
When Are You Available?
I offer daytime and evening appointments. Please feel free to contact me to discuss your specific needs and I will do my best to accommodate you.
What Kind Of Issues Are You Qualified To Help Me With?
I am qualified to help with most of the problems we might face in life such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, low self esteem, abuse, trauma, domestic violence, eating disorders, drug and alcohol concerns, gambling, bereavement and work issues. Please see the section "QUALIFICATIONS" for more details.
Is There Anybody That You Wouldn't Be Able To Work With?
I am trained to work with individual clients and couples who are 16 years and above. I am committed to help you but if I felt that your particular need or issue would be better met by another type of counsellor or agency I would discuss this with you at our initial appointment.
What About Confidentiality?
As a professional counsellor I take confidentiality extremely seriously. There are some rare exceptions to me offering you complete confidentiality and these will be discussed in full with you at our initial meeting.
I am based in Farnham on the borders of Hampshire and Surrey and am easily accessible from Camberley, Farnborough, Fleet, Aldershot Lightwater, Sandhurst, Basingstoke, Godalming, Guildford, Woking, Liphook and Bordon. I offer a comfortable and private room for us to meet.
